Director- Delivery & Program Management
- What we are looking for:
- Good understanding of the payments, fintech and Digital (SaaS, PaaS) background
- Hands on experience in collaborating with cross functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Finance.
- Proficient in managing client relationship.
- Hands on in delivering large projects to banks
- Business savy, customer centric and good communication.
- What you will be doing:
- You will be required to efficiently run multiple complex projects at the same time, involving multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. There is nothing slow paced in the mobile internet economy.
- Stay on top of every little thing that goes on in the project.
- Communicate effectively and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders (Business, Banks, Partners and Merchants)
- The key to building a world class product, is world class documentation. It is your job to ensure everybody does their part and does a good job about it. .
- Track actual project cost against estimated cost.
- Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Resolve customer concerns and requests efficiently.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate new business contracts with clients.
- Offer product and service consultations for clients.
- Encourage sales among current and new clients.
- Act as liaison between clients and management for business executions.
- Develop customized programs to meet client needs and close business.
- The experience:
- 15+ years with minimum 8-10 years of project/program management experience in payments.
- Should be from strong Payments background .
