Summary of Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager cum Assistant Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a techno-functional role ideal for candidates with experience in project management and a technical background. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of releases for our products and projects, working closely with merchants, vendors, and various internal teams.

· Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of product releases and projects.
· Coordination: Work closely with merchants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· User Stories & BRDs: Write clear and concise user stories in Jira with well-defined acceptance criteria and create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs).
· Scrum Management: Manage sprints and related scrum events, and assist the scrum team in removing impediments.
· Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
· Collaboration: Assist the product owner and contribute to product development in the FinTech domain.
· Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
· Monitoring: Assist in monitoring existing products and projects on a regular basis.

· Programming Languages: Understanding of PHP or Java (or any other programming language)
· Web Development: Understanding of web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
· UX and UI: Understanding of UX and UI for creating user-friendly products and features.
· Attention to Detail: Required for identifying issues and ensuring quality.
· Databases: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
· APIs: Familiarity with API concepts and cloud-based architecture.
· Tech Tools: Experience with Postman, MySQL Workbench, or similar tools.
· Project Management Tools: Proficiency in Jira.
