ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Junior Customer Service and Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to deliver exceptional support to our customers through various channels including telephone, live chat, and email utilizing a CRM system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide ongoing customer service support: oversee telephone contact, manage customer databases in the operating system (CRM), resolve issues received by e-mail, provide customers with information on the operation of the system, transaction status, etc.
    • Register and transfer notifications to other operational departments.
    • Cooperate daily with other departments in the company, e.g. operational teams, sales.
    • Provide the highest level of service to business customers.
    • Conduct AML verification.
    • Implement processes aimed at ensuring proper customer service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Fluency in Polish & English in speech and writing.
    • Experience in working in the customer service or administration department.
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Very good communication skills, involvement and ability to work in dynamic environment.
    • Ability to build relationships and organize your tasks;
    • Experience in working with CRM systems.
    • Knowledge of the specifics of working in a payment institution/industry.
    • Openness to shift work - work on weekends and afternoon shifts.
