About The Role

We are looking for a competent Legal Corporate Administrator that will help ensure compliance with legal needs and obligation and will help our global organization runs smoothly across all the entities.

Responsibilities:

    • Registering changes and keeping an up-to-date records of group companies using dedicated databases/systems,
    • Archiving and maintaining key corporate documents and records for group companies,
    • Manage corporate filings/disclosure and compliance with company law requirements for holding companies,
    • Manage board and shareholder meeting logistics, prepare materials, attend and record minutes and facilitate board communications for holding companies,
    • Arranging for execution of all agreements by authorized signatories (both digital as well as wet ink) and providing gatekeeper role to ensure all sign-offs are obtained before execution,
    • Provision of corporate documents and records, including group structure charts, pursuant to approved requests by legal,
    • Day to day legal administration, e.g., process legalization/apostille requests etc.

Who are we looking for?

    • At least 2-3+ years’ experience as a corporate secretarial administrator or paralegal within a corporate secretarial department or in-house legal department,
    • Absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times,
    • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and planning skills,
    • Eagerness and motivation to meet deadlines, ability to work independently and under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail,
    • Positive attitude and teamwork skills,
    • Be practical, down to earth and enjoy a fast pace in an informal but highly professional culture,
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Polish.
