About the Role:
- The individual would be responsible for acquisition & servicing of Merchants acquired through online platforms in the Start-Ups Ecosystem. Role Involves reaching out to all merchants on daily basis who are registering through organic channels and helping them complete their onboarding journey.
Responsibilities:
- Initiating and closing on Business proposals.
- Assistance in onboarding journey.
- Servicing on all Sales & basic lifecycle management queries.
- Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries.
- Cross-sell of PayU Products to merchants.
Requirements:
- Self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can operate in highlighly competitive atmosphere.
- 0-2 years of experience in Key Accoutn Management/Sales/Customer Relationship Management role.
- Experience in Payments Domain is Good To Have
