Requirements
At a senior role we expect you to be adept at core software engineering skills (data structures, algorithms, system design) and imbibe best practices (agile, TDD/BDD, OOPS, Reactive/Functional programming, Containerization, CI/CD). We look at you as someone who is an avid learner and tech enthusiast. You will be abreast of tech trends in your area of work (Java, microservices, cloud native, Redis, message queue) and the frameworks you use (Spring, ORM). We expect you to have worked in complex live projects and be capable of applying learnings from the same.
 12+ years of professional software development experience
 5+ years of programming experience with modern SaaS, contributing to the architecture and design (system design, architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling of at least one large complex system)
 5+ years of experience with RDBMS
 3+ years of experience with cloud computing
 Exposure to complete product development lifecycle, from inception to production at scale (at least one)

Key Roles/Responsibilities
 You will be the primary owner of the architecture of your product and will also be responsible for getting it reviewed, and making sure the system is built accordingly.
 Creating architectures & designs for new solutions around existing and new problem spaces
 Drive technology & tool choices for your team, set up and operationalize best practices
 Drive technology excellence in the scrum teams by forging meaningful partnerships with leads and managers
 Being responsible for Scaling, Performance & Quality for the team
 Collaborate with Product Management and Product Development leaders in developing product visions and strategies.
 Deep understanding of security architecture of web based systems
 Inspire and motivate the engineering team to do the unimagined and go beyond comfort lines
 Identify, recruit and grow great talent in the org

Behavioural Skills
