What we are looking for:
· Good understanding of the Operational process
· Experience in payment Domain or FinTech
· Hands on experience in collaborating with cross functional teams such as sales, product, Tech, and finance etc.
· Exceptional in writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and communication speaking skills
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive product and business-planning processes across cross-functional teams.
- Review & Analyse product integrated and design process solutions which are efficient and brings success to PayU's business.
- Overall 3+ years of experience in Operation
- Define, Design, and maintain project charter & timelines across multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, product, operation and sales teams on developments, QA, and release of products or PG integration.
- Create process documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases and operational requirements.
- Define and measure operational Success matrix of product /PG post go-live.
- Conduct periodic review of existing processes and implement necessary changes in accordance with AI.
- Manage and control Service excellence through regular audit and survey.
