Job Description:

    • Investigate and resolve disputes and chargebacks in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Establish and/or enhance control processes for dispute management in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Perform fraud and transaction monitoring in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Lead and guide junior team member/s in the areas of fraud and transaction monitoring and maintain a high standard of performance, productivity and service quality
    • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and service quality
    • Liaise with internal departments as well as external merchants and partners to proactively manage and resolve feedback and queries promptly
    • Ensure company’s policies and guidelines are strictly adhered to
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

    • Relevant educational qualifications with experience in the Payments or ecommerce industry, specifically in the area of cards chargeback processing and merchant operations
    • Knowledgeable with Cards scheme rules
    • Good analytical skills to analyze complex data and problem solve
    • An organised team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
