Role: Growth Marketing
KPI - New user acquisition (outside conventional channels)
Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
• Identify new avenues for growth of LazyPay
• Develop creative, out of the box solutions to break through clutter and drive rapid growth
• Establish key marketing partnerships to reach new customer segments at scale
• Find innovative marketing ideas on digital platforms to gain customer attention and drive conversion
• Build the case for these ideas, test fast, weed out what doesn’t work and scale up what does
• Work with Product and Tech teams to develop and launch these innovative marketing ideas in short TAT

Requirement:
• Experience with Growth Marketing at a B2C tech product start-up
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and growth
• Strong judgment and intuition to identify winning marketing ideas
• Structured thinking and analytical capability to build the case and evaluate their ideas backed by data
• Highly innovative, out of the box thinking
