Talent Acquisition is tasked with bringing in top talent that impacts our technology, business, and culture. In this position the Talent Acquisition Manager oversees recruiting processes, building new teams while shaping our great culture and playing a key role in maintaining our unique, fast-paced workplace.
In this role, you will be responsible for all levels of talent acquisition across EMEA region (mainly Poland, South Africa, Romania, Nigeria, Netherlands, Czechia). You will manage a team of talented recruiters across the region and will serve as advisor and partner staying current on business and market trends and is always data-informed when providing advice, expertise, and assistance on various recruiting-related issues.
You will work directly with business stakeholders such as executives, managers and HR Business partners to understand their requirements and continuously adjust the recruitment process to stay agile and competitive. You will report to the Head of HR EMEA.
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition leader, a team player with recruitment passion to join our great HR team.
What you will be doing:
- Leveraging industry best practice to drive a professional and empowering talent acquisition experience for candidates and managers.
- Working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs, becoming their trusted recruitment partner, providing guidance in all aspects of talent acquisition and helping them build excellent teams.
- Managing TA EMEA team and driving to excellence in managing full life cycle talent acquisition including intake meetings, posting roles, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offer negotiations for all roles to drive the highest talent quality possible.
- Leading to build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels.
- Leading to provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Owning and improving TA Data analytics and dashboards to hiring manage and stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of industry experience in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and TA management position (technology hiring included – nice to have in Product/Fintech Companies).
- High interest and experience in TA Data analytics for driving KPIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
- Ability to execute recruitment strategy and keep a strong bar for candidate experience
- Target drove, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Experience with ATS, ideally Lever
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Clear written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to roll up ones sleeves and get the job done together with the team.
