Roles & Responsiblities
- Reconcile LMS repayments with bank statements for direct credits via various modes of transfer from customers.
- Identify and Monitor Open lines/Non-Settled Repayment entries and conduct follow-up actions to facilitate a prompt resolution with Partners.
- Assist auditors with Process flow, Documentation and Reconciliation Data.
- Monitor and reconcile disbursements, Identify Discrepancies, Investigate mismatches between ledger records and bank statements, alerting necessary parties and working with departments to resolve outstanding issues.
- Maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities, prepare monthly reconciliation reports, and ensure that all reconciliations comply with relevant policies and standards.
- Identify areas to enhance the reconciliation process for efficiency and accuracy and assist in system upgrades or process adjustments.
- Oversee Banking Operations as per the latest Board Resolution of the company.
- Facilitate seamless fund transfers to lenders within specified TAT whilst complying with policies and regulations ensuring minimal no of records in Open lines.
