A global fin tech company located in Poznań seeks a bright and passionate (Junior) Reconciliation Specialist to join the team!
 
 We need You :
to support us in handling reconciliation process related to all payment methods (cards, pay by links, installments),
to contact with Financial Institutions, Banks, Merchants, Acquirers in order to reconcile accounts and to clarify irregularities,
to control the costs of suppliers of all payment methods and monthly reporting to the Finance Department.

Your responsibilities and main activities will be:
reconcile bank accounts,
analysis of non-compliance,
reporting,
contact with Merchants,
regularly and constructive feedback in a team environment,
cooperation with other departments,
assist with other duties as needed.
We expect:
experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking,
english - intermediate level,
analytical skills: problem solving, data analysis,
computer and excel skills,
interpersonal skills: time management skills, communication, flexibility,
good verbal and written communication skills,
knowledge of payment process in e-commerce- would be an asset.
