About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Hub product team, planning and executing the product road map and break it down to user stories.

We’re looking for passionate, proactive, and innovative and thrive in a dynamic, evolving, and global environment. This position will build awesome products, thrive on analyzing and understanding the customer and the ecosystem, and shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty.

What you will do:

    • Explore and analyze the competition globally to build product strategy with the team,
    • Explore and analyze merchant's product needs to translate them into great functionalities,
    • Work with stakeholders to identify company and customer needs and translate them into products and functionalities,
    • Evaluate and work with partners and providers required to build our product offering,
    • Be part of the roadmap prioritization process,
    • Work hand in hand with the engineering team to deliver great products and functionalities, and be part of the rollout process guaranteeing their success,
    • Work with teams to build proper commercial and operational training and product marketing materials of the released functionalities.

What are we looking for:

    • 4+ years of experience in product management,
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc.,
    • Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work,
    • Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities,
    • Proven ability to work well under pressure, capable of adapting and responding to change and able to multitask, communications skills,
    • High work ethic; self-directed, resourceful, works independently, motivated by own drive and enthusiasm, Proactive, independent, but also a team player,
    • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written,
    • Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group,
    • Strong understanding of the payments industry will be a huge advantage!
