As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our recruitment efforts by assisting with various tasks related to sourcing, scheduling interviews, screening candidates. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop their professional skills in a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
- Assisting in the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting initial phone screenings and gathering candidate information.
- Helping maintain the applicant tracking system and other recruitment databases.
- Contributing to various recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills in English and Polish.
