Role : Operations Manager – SME Lending
Location : Mumbai - India

Key Responsibilities:

• Appraise the loan proposal highlighting the viability of business.
• Carry the entire operation and execution from loan approval to legal to disbursement.
• Monitor the client relations and payment schedule.
• Partner with possible institutions to help better serve our client requirement and get business.
• Understand the client need design communication for them.
• Design Products suitable to market and clients requirement in coordination and supervision of Head SME .
• Study competitor and do product benchmarking.
• Maintain and manage cordial relationship with stake holders through client servicing.
• Business Planning and execution of key business plans
• Manpower planning, recruitment and training of sales and collection manpower
• Managing relationship with channel partners / Vendors
• Improving service level and turnaround time of closing sales calls
• Loan disbursement approvals and market share management
• Portfolio management through effective collection planning and execution
• Team Management & Development
• Suggest improvement areas for better and faster end-user experience on the training content.
• Ability to effectively engage with technical product and process owners.
• Demonstrate result orientation and sensitivity to meeting timelines in a dynamic MNC environment. 
• Proper Operational set up to be created to mitigate the risk and to maintain TAT’s.

Requirements:

·       Any Graduate / Postgraduate
·       5-10 years of Experience in operations (Fintech or NBFC Preferred)
·       Knowledge on PowerPoint
·       Strong knowledge of MS office
·       Flowchart & FAQ making ability through MS Word
·       Must be able to handle Google or, Zoom Meeting as Organiser/Presenter
·       Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·       KYC verification process knowledge.
·       Thorough understanding of credit operations and best practices
·       Interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills.
·       Internal and external customer orientation
·       Quality & Process focused.
·       Google product knowledge is preferable i.e., Google Sheet, Google Form, Google Docs & Google Slide
