Role: HR Business Partner
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon
Entity: PayU Finance
We are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
·         Provide expertise, strategic consulting as well as thought leadership to help drive effective people strategies and align practices with overall business strategy
·         Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
·         Partnering with members of the various teams to raise any due diligence HR compliance issues during any merger and/or acquisition initiatives
·         Undertake tasks around performance management and organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
·         Drive Attrition discussions with business, work with them to facilitate reversals and ensure attrition levels are within targets.
·         Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
·         Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
·         Identify training needs for teams and individuals & evaluate training programs
·         Undertake and carry out various HR related projects
·         6-8 years of experience in HR roles and atleast 4 years of experience in business partnering
·         PGDM/ MBA in Human Resources in the HR domain
·         Experience in handling M&As would be preferable
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·         Excellent people management skills
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
