Support the sales process:
a.      Management of the onboarding process for Merchants
b.      Record and storage of all documents gathered from onboarding process.
c.      Manage the relationship between Legal Department, KAM and Merchant;
d.      Providing all requested documents for AML/KYC/Risk Assessment to the relevant internal stake holders
2.      Support the GO live process:
a.      Monitor the volume rump-up;
b.      Creating rump-up reports for KAM, Sales Manager;
c.      Monitor and report all post live issues or pending topics;
d.      Create post Go Live issues report to KAM, Sales Manager;
e.      Provide merchant the status of Go Live;
f.       Train the merchant how to use PayU CPanel, reports etc;
g.      Collect feedback after GO Live.

Professional in BA or similar careers
2 years of Experience in sales environment
Proactive, team player
Project Management skills and organizational skills
Excel Skills
Fluency in English is a must
Data management understanding
Attention to details, meticulous
Excellent communication skills
