About the Role
- We are looking for our next Global Key Account Manager you will be responsible further expand our business and take full strategic ownership by building long-term business relationships with our merchants.
What you'll do
- Design a strategic plan for merchants in your portfolio ensuring profitability and permanence in time
- Achieve assigned sales quota in a designated portfolio and meet assigned expectations for profitability.
- Ensure accounts performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, service and complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards and avoiding churn of merchants.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Build and maintain product knowledge, keeping abreast of product enhancements and latest industry trends, and provide feedback to product and sales management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the service quality and on time deliverables.
- Frequent analysis of customer payment behavior in LATAM to provide clear and valuable market and consumer insights.
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Sales/Key Account Management B2B
- Previous experience in Payments & FinTech Industry is a plus
- Strong engagement, drive, influencing, persuasive selling and negotiation skills to achieve our common goals.
- Excellent stakeholder management, as you must be able to set clear direction, priorities, and focus.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability reviews.
- A strategic mindset and the ability to identify business opportunities in highly competitive, mature markets by understanding customer context, uncovering customer key performance indicators, articulating customer objectives, and adding value to partnerships.
- Strong oral, written and communication skills in English. [B2-C1]
