About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented AD/Senior Manager for Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI) Product Sales with expertise in product solutioning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in tailoring product solutions to meet customer needs, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

    • Lead the development and execution of strategies to drive sales of our Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) products, with a specialized focus on product solutioning.
    • Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand the features, benefits, and customization options of our PPI products and translate these into compelling solutions for clients.
    • Utilize deep understanding of customer pain points and industry trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of our PPI product offerings.
    • Develop innovative product solutions and value propositions that differentiate our PPI products in the market and address specific customer needs.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new product solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
    • Lead product solutioning workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders to enhance their understanding of our PPI products and solutions.
    • Act as a subject matter expert on product solutioning, providing guidance and support to sales teams during client engagements and presentations.
    • Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product enhancement or new solution development, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to PPI products and solutioning, and incorporate relevant insights into our product strategy.

Requirements

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA).
    • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a focus on financial products/services.
    • Experience in PPI Sales and product solution specialization is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of product solutioning methodologies and the ability to customize solutions to effectively address customer needs.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product solutions clearly and compellingly.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common sales goals.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making.
    • Results-driven with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through innovative product solutioning strategies
