About the role:
The Senior Payments Analyst will ensure in a correct and timely manner the preparation of payments to merchants at the latam level (7 countries) following the protocols established in each country. Guarantee bank reconciliation against the transfers requested by the merchants.

What you will do:
Support local and international payment processes to merchants.
Develop management indicators.
Manage merchants’ requests and internal customer.
Perform bank reconciliation and classification of accounts that are used for payments to merchants.
Among others.

What you will need to succeed:
Professional of business administration, Foreign Trade, accounting and related careers.
Intermediate-Advance Excel
English level B1 written and spoken.
2 year(s) experience in financial institutions (banks) or Treasury and customer service.
1 year(s) experience in international transfers and FX negotiation.
Experience in bank reconciliation and classification.
Experience managing bank platforms and account statements.
Experience in payment platforms, electronic payments, fintech (it is a plus, not a must).

Sobre el Rol:
El Analista senior de pagos asegurará de manera correcta y oportuna la preparación de pagos a comercios a nivel latam (7 países) siguiendo los protocolos establecidos en cada país. Garantizará la conciliación bancaria contra las transferencias solicitadas por los comercios.

Lo qué harás: 
Apoyar los procesos de pago locales e internacionales a los comercios.
Desarrollar indicadores de gestión.
Gestionar solicitudes de comercios y clientes internos.
Realizar la conciliación bancaria y clasificación de cuentas que se utilizan para los pagos a comercios.
Entre otros.

Lo que necesitas para ser éxito:
Profesional de administración de empresas, comercio exterior, contabilidad y carreras afines.
Excel intermedio-avanzado
Inglés nivel B1 escrito y hablado.
2 año(s) de experiencia en instituciones financieras (bancos) o Tesorería y atención al cliente.
1 año(s) de experiencia en transferencias internacionales y negociación de divisas.
Experiencia en conciliación y clasificación bancaria.
Experiencia en manejo de plataformas bancarias y estados de cuenta.
Experiencia en plataformas de pago, pagos electrónicos, fintech (es un plus, no imprescindible).
