About the Role
This person will design the strategy that will guide the direction of different products in the company, considering profitability and the efficient allocation of available resources. Also, this person must strive for the sustainable growth of the brand and the portfolio of products offered by PayU, through constant analysis of the market and the competition, identifying and maintaining the competitive advantage.
What you will do
Explore and analyze the market and the national and international competition
Manage proposals for new products and functionalities
Approve proposals for new functionalities or improvements about the different products
Design evaluation process of forward impact to the implementation of new developments or functionalities
Design procedures for the area together with other areas of the company
Manage the alliances that are required from the different merchants or suppliers
Design and align product roadmap
What you will need to succeed
Professional in careers of engineer, systems, administration, marketing and similar
6 years of work experience
Previous experience in payments
Knowledge in product processes
