About the Role:
 
 
As a senior BI Developer you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing advanced and automated reporting, analytics, dashboards and other business intelligence solutions.
In this position you will also provide documentation for designed analytical products and train stakeholder in using developed BI tools.
Work on simplifying highly technical language and complex information into simpler terms for everyone else in the company to understand.

 What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Building data models that standardizes information across PayU
  • Being an SME on Data and reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake) and global data in PayU
  • Training company internal users for self-service reporting
  • Create technical documentation for BI tools
  • Supporting daily reporting based on business requirements
  • Gathering reporting requirements from internal stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining BI dashboards and reporting in Tableau
  • Maintenance and monitoring daily ETL processes
 
 What are we looking for?
 
  • Minimum 5-years relevant experience as BI developer, data analyst or data scientist
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge;
  • Minimum 5-years’ proven experience with SQL
  • Minimum 5-years’ proven experience with Tableau (Desktop and Server) dashboard developing and maintenance
 
Must have:
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL
  • Strong Knowledge of Tableau
  • Good theoretical and practical knowledge of data warehousing
  • English speaking (business level) - we’re a global company, so ya, it’s a must :)
 
 Nice to have skills:
  • Experience in working with data lake solution like Snowflake
  • Scripting experience in Python
  • Experience in Jira or other project management tools
  • Knowledge of queries optimization (execution plan, indexes, statistics etc.) and database administration
