Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective workarounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document processes, solutions, and knowledge for future reference.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Minimum Required Experience is 2 years.
- Experience working with SQL / MySQL / MongoDB or any database and writing simple queries to get Data for debugging issues.
- Must have hands on experience on L1/L2 support.
- Knowledge on with any of the languages like JAVA, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.JS, JavaScript, UNIX/ LINUX etc.
- Excellent analytical and logical thinking.
- Quick troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Working knowledge of any programming language to DEBUG CODE. 8. Web-application / MOBILE debugging skills
