Role: Assistant Manger - Finops
Location: Gurgaon
About the Role:
- Managing PG/Bank Statement reconciliation process. Highlighting risk and deviations in the reconciliation process. Collaborating with internal/external stake holders for smooth operations. Assisting and managing audit assignments
About the team:
- PayU Finops teams perform merchant settlement and Bank/Pg reconciliation.Team process the refund to customer and manage the fund from PGs/Banks. We ensure to full fill the stake/management holders expectctaions.We manage the merchant queries and support the internal/external stake holders.Our positive attitiue and strong hard woking skill helps us to give best service to all our clients in fintech industries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Real-time Reconciliation of PG/Bank Statement
- Maintaning & Publishing the MIS
- Tracking of Cash Movements and highlighting the cash requirements on real time
- Coordinating with Tech. team for automating and building systems for tracking, reporting etc.
- Ensure the fund available for settlement
- Responsible for leading audits and support external/internal auditors
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in Reconciliation and Settlement
- A Postgraduate degree is Required
- Proficient in Ms-office suite-Word, Excel, PPT etc..
- Good Communication and analytical skills
