What you'll be doing:
1.      Managing the exiting relationship with the mapped banks.
2.      Getting additional business on Co-acquiring / VAS/New Merchants on the respective bank platform, keep track of the same on monthly basis
3.      New projects in line with the bank’s requirements to be implemented with define TAT
4.      Working closely with the banking products team, Legal, finance & other Internal stakeholders to help/support business and bank in getting the additional GMV/revenue to ENT
5.      Help business / finance team in recovery of pending payments, resolving issues with the bank
6.      Negotiate rates on overall / specific merchant from time to time to reduce the overall cost to company and add up revenue/save cost.
7.      Arrange regular meetings with the stakeholders and Sr mgmt. from time to time ( All hands meeting once in 45-60 days to share the update/input to each other for improvement of relationship.)
8.      Activate every operational mode of payments and keep bank engaged all the times with the dashboard and business trends to ensure more business to PayU
9.      Engage internal sales team with the Bank team for coworking on new leads and merchants for onboarding.
10.  Work on new bank onboarding from time to time, should aim to get 1 per quarter with atleast 1 mode of payments and penetrate across the business over period of time.
11.  Keep track of Competition working with the respective bank and ensure PayU has maximum pie of the bank business across mode of payments.
12.  Preparing the deck/Data with the help of team for Bank meeting – Internal / External meeting in terms of GMV, revenue from Bank, Cost etc.

What we are looking for:
1.      Min 8-14 years of work experience in Digital Payments who has managed Banking/Financial partnerships, Banking Alliances and have closely worked with banks and other financial partners.
2.      Strong knowledge in PG acquiring, issuing and online payments business.
3.      Should be aware of the pricing structure in online payments for cards, net banking, schemes, interchanges etc. and should have good negotiation skills.
4.      Build, evaluate and manage partnerships that deepens PayU product stack and also able to explore new opportunities with them to partner with them as technology partner and able to close such opportunities.
5.      Should be able to manage banking operations team to on-board PayU merchants on all Banking partners & work closely with cross functional teams.
