Job Description Summary
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional (7 -10 Yrs) to join a young & successful team in a dynamic and fast paced growth environment. You will become part of the India Market team tasked with monetization of data analytical solutions across Public sector Banks with the base location in Mumbai. The candidate should have deeper connects in PSBs & highly effective in navigating through all facets of the sales process from prospect prioritization through to technical integration and will have demonstrated the ability to deliver a value based sales proposition. The person will be responsible for direct client contract, value retention as well as growth with introduction of Data Insights solutions across different verticals.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Working with India Market leadership team to define solutions and acquire PSU Banks for alternate data and intelligence
·         End-to-end on-boarding for PSUs for cross selling Intelligence & Analytics from lead generation, filling RFPs to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing.
·         Proficient in account planning and understanding of territory management
·         Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
·         Maintain competitive knowledge and focus
·         Work with marketing, customer experience & other teams to plan & execute promotional activity
·         Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for PSUs and also look at penetration of data enrichment products.
 
REQUIREMENTS:              
 
·         7-10 years of sales and marketing experience, 4+ years of successful selling to the PSU segment
·         Consultative sales style and excellent core sales skills
·         Understanding of analytics/ intelligence/ insight sales
·         Passion for chasing and closing sales deals
·         Proven record of building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into their business
·         Excellent written and oral/presentation skill with the ability to convey issues clearly, and concisely
·         Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
·         Ability to travel on an as-needed basis (up to 40% travel time)
·         Graduate with an MBA from an accredited university
