About the Role: 
You will lead a team of Growth and Digital Marketing and a self-contributor for PayU, so you should have core understanding and brilliant knowledge about Digital and Growth Marketing. 

What you’ll be doing: 
Responsibilities: 
·       We’re looking for 10+ years of experience purely in digital marketing and Growth with reputed product specific orgs - in fintech, technology software 
·       Must have experience of team handling 
·       Preferred from B2C background or someone who has experience in scaling B2B for SMBs 
·       Candidate should have experience with digital platforms – Google Ads, Facebook Ads and digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising 
·       Drive marketing activities to define cohorts, develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys from onboarding, cross sell, engagement to reactivation 
·       Hands on experience for managing marketing automation/CRM platform and channels like SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push and Dashboard nudges 
·       Drive lead gen through account-based marketing campaigns, evaluate emerging technology, brainstorm new creatives ideas for growth strategies 
·       Think and deliver creative concepts to engage active customers and activate dormant customers 
·       Be part of the performance marketing team and coordinate with content, UX, product and business teams to drive CLM 
·       Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to give 360 degree view of all marketing channels and campaign performance to required stakeholders 

Skills & Qualifications:
·       Must have Master’s degree from reputed college 
·       Minimum10+ years of experience in Growth and Digital Marketing with executing customer life cycle journeys 
·       Highly analytical and able to extract learnings, insights, narratives etc. from data 
·       As a growth and digital marketer, you should be tech-savvy, a critical thinker and problem-solver, and demonstrate a passion for growth and success 
·       Good command over writing email, sms and campaign landing page copies 
·       Good understanding of various day to day marketing tools – Webmaster, Postmaster, Google Analytics, Ahref/Semrush, Data Studio, Adwords) 
·       Highly creative with Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 
·       Should have good project management skills, work on multiple projects and with various stakeholders for timely deliveries.
