We are looking for exceptional talent to fill the position of SENA Apprentice in the Risk Area.
Responsibilities:
Distribute requests that arrive in the area to the responsible personnel
Assist with operational tasks such as file uploads.
Respond to customer and commercial equests
Make changes to the fraud strategy configurations
Manage and upload documentation related to merchants, focusing on risk prevention and anti-money laundering.
Requirements:
Elegible to start the productive stage for the first time or continue in a training career.
Reside in Bogotá or surrounding areas. Proficiency in Office tools.

Funciones a desarrollar:
Distribuir los requerimientos que llegan al área a las personas encargadas.
Apoyar en tareas operativas de cargue de archivos.
Dar respuesta a las solicitudes de clientes y comerciales.
Realizar cambios en configuraciones de la estrategia de fraudes.
Gestionar y subir información de documentación de comercios enfocado en la prevención en riesgo y lavado de activos.
Que necesitas para postularte:
Estar habilitado para iniciar etapa productiva por primera vez o en cadena de formación.
Residir en Bogotá o alrededores.
Manejo de office.
Contrato Aprendizaje Sena (Etapa productiva)
Horario de Lunes a Viernes de 08:00 a 18:00.
Apoyo sostenimiento etapa lectiva y productiva: SMLV + EPS + ARL
