We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Credit Sales Team offering credit products dedicated for e-commerce. The main goal of this role is prospecting and selling PayU Credit solutions in Poland to mid & large scale merchants, currently not serviced by PayU.
What you will be doing:
- Prospecting and acquiring new merchants (e-shops) in Poland, targeting Mid & Large-scale merchants currently not serviced by PayU.
- Selling PayU Credit solutions for merchants, dedicated for buyers-consumers (B2C: including Online Instalments, Buy Now Pay Later) and buyers-companies (B2B: including Buy Now Pay Later B2B, Loans for Companies) combined with the package of other electronic payments methods offered by PayU.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline, as well as developing a plan for bringing identified sales opportunities to a successful close, in order to achieve an individual annual sales quota.
- Actively participate in industry events, conferences (several times a year, across the country) to attract new merchants and gather new sales leads .
- Providing credit products education and consultancy to the merchants, including: e-shop audits recommendations, best-credit-practices sharing.
- Achieving set sales goals and meeting profitability expectations.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in direct B2B sales (pure hunting, not account management).
- Ability to create a constructive tension across the sales, taking advantage of data analytics to create a valuable insight to inspire merchants, teach them something new, show them how to make or save money.
- Understanding customers’ value drivers with ability to reframe and change the view customers view their business.
- Polish native speaker, commutative level of English.
- Experience in selling PSP / e-payments in Polish e-commerce would be additional advantage.
- Proven track record in direct acquisition of mid and large-scale local merchants (for e-commerce payments - will be additional advantage.
