About the role                                                                     
Due to the scale of our organization, we are exposed to a wide range of projects, technologies, and challenges and we are looking for talented people who want to help us create efficient processes to support the organization’s scalability.As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing the delivery of multiple, concurrent, and high-impact programs. We are looking for someone who can credibly coordinate between cross-functional teams and business stakeholders aligning systems, tools, activities, skills, and processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for verifying the status of projects implemented within the PMO portfolio for selected departments (e.g. Operations, Commercial). Your task will be to support PMs, Business Owners and the Management Board in implementing the project management culture in Organization. Implementing the above by transferring knowledge to employees as part of framework implementation, instructions and daily assistance.
 
What you'll do:
· Manage complex projects through all phases of the project lifecycle for multiple programs.
· Plan and execute project deliveries together with the project team and sponsor, ensuring that project goals are delivered as agreed.
· Structured risk handling and dependency management.
· Facilitating regular meetings and periodic reporting with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment across all parties.
· PMO knowledge sharing.
· Close cooperation with PMs in GPO (Global Payment Organization) and help them defining and updating the projects in Project Repository Tool.
·  Monitor PMO project portfolio progress and performance against key metrics.
· Manage Project Repository to properly reflect the state of the projects.
· Provide transparent periodic reporting to Steering Committees and the Board

Entry-level Requirements
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
·       Have experience in complex project and portfolio management (5+ years)
 
Professional Requirements:
·       Have a deep understanding of project and portfolio management principles, methodologies, and tools.
·       Experience in Project Management Office implementation is a plus
·       Well familiar and passionate about Scrum, Agile programming, Lean Thinking, SAFe, etc
