About the role
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our product team, planning and executing the product road map and break it down to user stories.

What you will do:
- Collaborate with senior and product managers in a whole product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Engage with customers to gather insights and understand their needs and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in a product discovery phase.
- Assist in defining product requirements and user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and refine product features.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies
- Track the progress of development tasks during sprints and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales enablement, marketing, and sales.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and standards.
- Identify and document bugs, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including product cards, release notes, and training materials.
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, including coordinating with sales enablement, marketing and sales teams.
- Help prepare launch materials, such as presentations, FAQs, and training sessions.
- Analyze product usage data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and measure success.
- Use data to support decision-making and prioritize future development efforts.
What are we looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in product management,
- Experience in agile methodology environment,
- Understanding of the fintech industry,
- Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different geographies, including operations, commercial, engineering, etc.,
- Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work,
- Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities,
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers,
- Ability to interpret and analyze data to make informed decisions and measure product success,
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate those needs into product features,
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written,
- Team player with the ability to contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse group,
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Miro),
- Certifications related to product management, agile methodologies as an added value.
