About the Role:
 We are looking for a Product Analyst for our Cash Loans charter.
About the team:
PayU Finance is the credit and lending arm of the PayU brand (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Prosus group. Previously Naspers group) headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
PayU Finance India has disbursed about 20 billion loans to date by volume and has disbursed more than $280 million in consumer credit. PayU Finance provides consumers with easy access to affordable short-term loans up to INR 5 lacs that can be availed in the form of personal loans, point of sale EMI, and express loans.
PayU Finance operates under two brands - LazyPay and PaySense with a focus on Buy now Pay later and personal loan products.

 What you’ll be doing:
 
·         Develop insights to identify opportunities and drive product strategies. Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas.
·         Partner with product teams to define goals and identify key metrics for existing features and new releases
·         Build automated dashboards and reports, craft analyses and tell stories with data to help our teams make better decisions
·         Drive awareness and understanding of key metrics and experiment results
·         Monitor the performance of new features and recommend iterations based on your findings
·         Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope features that solve user problems
 
What are we looking for?
·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training or work experience
·         2-3 years experience in a data analysis related profile for an internet company
·         Skills Required: Data Analysis, Statistical Analysis, SQL,  Scripting language (Python, PHP, Ruby, etc.), Tableau
·         The ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses
·         Has a solid grasp of common statistical applications and methods
·         Is detail oriented, with a strong passion for analytics and problem solving
·         Is excited to work in a fast paced environment, is comfortable with making decisions in ambiguity, and has a strong bias for action.
