Job Description:

    • Process daily merchant funding payments
    • Manage automated robotic processes and troubleshoot errors when occurred
    • Perform daily merchant cash reconciliation and ensure the sufficient balances are maintained in Merchant Trust accounts 
    • Manage vendor payments for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries entities
    • Execute fund transfers between entities, and between operating accounts/ merchant funding accounts and Merchant Trust accounts
    • Track and monitor cashflows, settlement receipts and cash disbursements, and related reporting
    • Check exception reports and take actions on merchant funding related issues 
    • Verify to ensure the Merchant bank accounts are correct and all relevant bank templates are updated with accurate beneficiary bank details
    • Perform general ledger (GL) posting for settlement receipts and merchant funding payments
    • Assist in banking mandates and banking matters for Singapore entity and subsidiaries
    • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years’ relevant experience
    • Exposure to the e-commerce/card industry/banking & finance industry would be advantageous
    • Knowledge in Xero Accounting System and Advanced Microsoft Excel skill are essential
    • Good analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data
    • Pro-active and takes initiative
    • A team player with good communication skills
