Job Description:
- Process daily merchant funding payments
- Manage automated robotic processes and troubleshoot errors when occurred
- Perform daily merchant cash reconciliation and ensure the sufficient balances are maintained in Merchant Trust accounts
- Manage vendor payments for Singapore and overseas subsidiaries entities
- Execute fund transfers between entities, and between operating accounts/ merchant funding accounts and Merchant Trust accounts
- Track and monitor cashflows, settlement receipts and cash disbursements, and related reporting
- Check exception reports and take actions on merchant funding related issues
- Verify to ensure the Merchant bank accounts are correct and all relevant bank templates are updated with accurate beneficiary bank details
- Perform general ledger (GL) posting for settlement receipts and merchant funding payments
- Assist in banking mandates and banking matters for Singapore entity and subsidiaries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 4 years’ relevant experience
- Exposure to the e-commerce/card industry/banking & finance industry would be advantageous
- Knowledge in Xero Accounting System and Advanced Microsoft Excel skill are essential
- Good analytical skills with ability to analyze complex data
- Pro-active and takes initiative
- A team player with good communication skills
