ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for driving adoption and engagement of Ovoko’s seller-facing products across all our markets. We work with thousands of scrap yards across Europe, powering the supply of car parts to buyers throughout the continent. Your mission will be to inform, educate, and activate these suppliers through targeted, data-driven campaigns that help them get the most out of our tools and processes.
You’ll leverage Ovoko’s CRM, in-app, and notification channels to launch cross-channel marketing campaigns that support product releases, improve supplier onboarding, and drive continuous usage of our platform. You’ll also act as the connective tissue between Product, Support, Sales, and Shipping teams — ensuring every campaign is personalized, relevant, and impactful.
In this role, you’ll be expected to partner with Key Account Managers, the Customer Support Team, Quality Managers, Marketplace optimisation and Product teams in order to create growth and education focused campaigns for our partner scrapyards.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Use Ovoko’s existing communication channels with sellers to create effective cross-channel (email, in-app push notification, SMS) marketing campaigns to inform, educate and promote our various products to our suppliers.
- Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Support, Sales, Shipping) to ensure communications are relevant, personalized, and on-brand.
- Establish and report on critical metrics for all campaigns. Continuously run CRM marketing experiments, including baseline, creative, content, and frequency testing, to improve key performance metrics.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Omnisend) to develop transactional, promotional, and informational content strategies that maximize customer retention across multiple types of products.
- Use feedback loops, product data, and CS insights to refine messaging and prioritize campaign content.
- Develop and optimise landing pages, simple instructional videos and other training materials using both in-house and external resources (freelancers, agencies) to deliver on time and on budget.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the marketplace or SAAS.
- Strong analytical skills to establish measurement frameworks.
- Experience with executing Marketing campaigns using owned channels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems at both strategic and operational levels.
- High sense of urgency.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with using generative AI for generating engaging content is nice to have.
SALARY
The offered salary for this position starts at 4000 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
