ABOUT THE ROLE

As an AP Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining proper financial records. You will play a key role in verifying, reconciling, and processing payments, as well as ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in accounts payable or bookkeeping and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Assist with daily accounting tasks, with focus on purchases & payables;
    • Process vendor invoices and payments;
    • Manage employee expenses & ensure compliance with company’s policies;
    • Maintain organized AP records and perform closing activities on a regular basis;
    • Handle communication and requests sent to mailboxes and other internal systems;
    • Execute other accounting tasks in collaboration with senior colleagues;
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely and accurate month closing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • 1+ years of work experience in the field of accounting (experience in AP role considered as advantage);
    • BS degree in Accounting or Finance;
    • Good knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets);
    • Ability to work independently and proactively;
    • Deep sense of ownership;
    • Critical thinking and willingness to solve problems;
    • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills;
    • Positive attitude towards fast changing environment;
    • Good command of English verbally and in writing.
SALARY

The salary range for this position is 1900-2600€ (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
