ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a new role within CX, focused on supporting our B2B clients.

It combines elements of customer support and account management. You will work directly with business clients, helping them solve issues as quickly as possible, understand our platform, and use it effectively in their day-to-day operations.

You will also contribute to shaping how we work with B2B clients by helping establish processes, communication standards, and best practices as the role develops.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Own communication with B2B clients via email and phone - not just reactively, but proactively.

  • Build relationships with clients and become their go-to person.

  • Take full end-to-end ownership of client inquiries.

  • Help clients get the most out of our platform by guiding them through features and solutions.

  • Identify patterns, problems, and opportunities - and help us improve how we work.

  • Document insights and key interactions to help scale this function.

  • Constant and proactive follow ups to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Contribute to building this role, its processes, and its impact from the ground up.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken); Lithuanian, Russian, or Polish is a strong advantage.

  • Experience in Customer Support, Account Management, or any client-facing role is a strong plus.

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships.

  • A proactive mindset - you don’t wait for problems, you spot and solve them.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with little structure.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Interest in cars/automotive is a bonus, not a must.

SALARY:

2000 - 2900€ (gross)
