About the role  

We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to own a portfolio of business customers in the automotive space and drive sustainable growth and retention through structured account management. This role focuses on strategic relationship building, opportunity  development, and risk management.  

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Own and manage a portfolio of business customers with clear prioritization and a structured engagement plan.  
    • Take over newly activated customers and ensure a smooth handoff  
    • Drive revenue growth by improving customer activation, purchasing frequency, and category adoption; remove friction that limits repeat buying.  
    • Identify churn risks early, intervene proactively, and run structured reactivation for inactive customers; document root causes and recovery plans.  
    • Lead customer communication: outbound calls, discovery conversations, business reviews, and occasional on-site visits when justified.  
    • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for internal teams (e.g., recurring blockers, process gaps, product improvements) with clear business impact.  
    • Maintain strong process discipline: track activities, outcomes, and follow-ups to ensure full visibility and consistent execution.  
    • Represent the company in the industry through key customer visits and participation in relevant events.  

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer success (automotive or adjacent industries is a plus)  
    • Fluency in French and English languages
    • Strong communication skills: confident in outbound calling, running meetings, and aligning stakeholders.  
    • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities  
    • Analytical thinking: comfortable working with performance trends and prioritizing based on impact.  
    • High ownership and execution discipline; able to manage multiple accounts without losing structure  
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for key accounts and industry events.
SALARY

The offered salary for this position is 3100 - 3600 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
