WHO WE ARE

Ovoko is transforming Europe’s €25B+ used car parts market - a massive, fragmented industry still largely offline. We connect 6,000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and dismantlers with millions of buyers through our marketplace, SaaS and logistics platform, making it effortless to trade parts across borders. With over 35 million parts listed, we’ve grown into one of Europe’s fastest-scaling e-commerce companies, but the real opportunity lies ahead, as we build a real category-defining platform worldwide.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to elevate the quality of supply and seller performance across all our markets. Ovoko partners with thousands of scrap yards across Europe to provide used car parts to buyers all over the continent. Your mission will be to ensure that sellers meet the highest standards - from product descriptions to packaging and shipping performance - while maintaining the healthy growth of our marketplace. You will work closely with Customer & Supplier Support, Key Account Managers, Shipping and Supply teams to identify gaps, implement improvements, and continually raise seller standards.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

    • Set and drive quality standards across thousands of European sellers using a “carrot & stick” approach - improving behavior while minimizing seller churn.
    • Own seller and parts grading to ensure buyers consistently get what they want.
    • Analyze large datasets to monitor performance: shipping times, categorization accuracy, description quality, packaging reliability, and more.
    • Detect issues early by diving into daily KPIs and cross-market data.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to balance accessibility, quality, and marketplace growth.
    • Identify “rotten apples” - root-cause poor seller performance and work with account managers to address and resolve issues.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

    • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, retail, or similar. Experience in marketplaces, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
    • Strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel.
    • Experience working with diverse customer profiles (B2C, B2B, VIP).
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to solve problems at both the strategic and operational level.
    • High sense of urgency and ownership.
    • Fluent in English.
