ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to own the finance side of our shipping and logistics initiatives. In this role, you’ll combine financial guidance, deep analysis, and proactive communication to help shape and scale key projects. You’ll be the go-to person for spotting opportunities, solving problems, and keeping stakeholders aligned as we move fast.
IN THIS ROLE YOU:
- Build, update, and refine business models for logistics initiatives.
- Challenge assumptions and keep inputs relevant and accurate or propose new inputs.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates on project progress.
- Track key operational metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial, operational, and pricing analyses.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to design and evaluate new business opportunities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years’ experience in finance or quantitative analysis, with focus on model building and progress tracking.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex financial and pricing concepts to all levels.
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, business modeling, and reporting.
- Eager to learn and understand end-to-end processes.
- Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solver with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Continuous improvement mindset, including process streamlining and task automation.
SALARY
The offered salary for this position is 4500 - 5500 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
