ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Office Manager, you are the face and heart of our workspace, ensuring smooth operations and cleanliness, managing supplies, coordinating events, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has what they need to succeed. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Manage operations & facilities by overseeing daily activities, tracking supplies, managing deliveries, and optimizing office layout/tidiness.
  • Own and negotiate partnerships with couriers, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless operations.
  • Plan in-house/off-site celebrations and conferences; manage the "New Hire Experience" (welcome packs and Day 1 setup) across HQ and global offices.
  • Act as the go-to for employee needs, manage guest appointments, and collaborate with HR/IT on office policies.
  • Oversee the administration budget, track expenses, and tackle special projects with a proactive mindset.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Similar administrative work experience, ideally in a 200+ employee environment.
  • Fluency in both Lithuanian and English (written and verbal).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who cares about workplace culture and a clean environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, handle confidential data, and navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Passion for workplace experience, a keen eye for detail and a "people-first" attitude.
  • Tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence) with a fundamental understanding of invoices and admin-side accounting.
  • Ability to work on-site (Monday–Friday) at our Vilnius HQ.

SALARY

The offered salary range for this position is 2300 - 3300 €/month gross. Please keep in mind that we are open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
