ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Supplier Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner;
    • Identify customer needs and help them use specific features;
    • Update internal databases with information about technical issues and discussions with customers;
    • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
    • Contribute to continuously improving supplier support processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of supplier inquiries and issues, including order processing, payment processing, and inventory management;
    • Maintain clear and effective communication with suppliers, providing timely updates and solutions to their concerns.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Proficient written and spoken Romanian and English language (other languages would be an advantage);
    • Experience in customer support or a related field;
    • Strong multi-tasking abilities;
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset;
    • Startup (all-hands-on-deck) approach;
    • Open mind and ability to quickly adapt;
    • Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage.
Please note that successful candidates will be required to participate in live, in-person training in Lithuania for approximately 1 month. All living costs during this period will be fully covered by the company. This training is a crucial part of the onboarding process, and all necessary details will be discussed during the interview stage.
