ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team. In this key role, you'll be the right hand to our CEO, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our mission to elevate the automotive industry online. This position demands a proactive, detail oriented individual who can handle a diverse range of tasks and contribute significantly to our executive's efficiency and success.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Effectively own and execute diverse projects by managing end-to-end processes, analyzing data, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendar, emails, and documents. Coordinate meetings/travel arrangements and prepare necessary materials.
- Help optimize workdays, ensuring productive use of time.
- Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Process expense reports, assist with budget tracking, and maintain reminders.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Exceptional verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, proactive approach, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position starts at 3500 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
