As strategic HR Business Partner for our rapidly growing Engineering and Product organization, you will be a key partner to the engineering leadership, helping the company scale without losing clarity, speed, or human connection.

This role is not operational HR. It is a high impact, relationship driven role, focused on developing people, strengthening leadership maturity, and embedding just enough structure to support rapid growth. You will operate at the intersection of business needs, leadership development, and organizational clarity.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor engineering leadership, translating business objectives into a cohesive and scalable people strategy;
    • Build a deep understanding of engineering and product team structures, roles, and leadership challenges. Bring clarity to roles, ownership, and expectations while adapting solutions to business speed and growth stage.
    • Co-lead the definition and embedding of company culture and values. Design organizational structures that promote scalability and agility, anticipating the needs of rapid growth.
    • Drive the talent agenda, including designing and implementing performance management frameworks, career paths, and targeted learning and development programs specifically for engineers.
    • Strengthen leadership capability through coaching and focus on people development, fostering effective communication channels across all levels to bridge current gaps.
    • Utilize people analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and ensure accountability.
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies support current and future workforce needs, proactively challenging assumptions as needed.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Proven experience as a Strategic HR Business Partner in a high growth, scale up environment, preferably within the tech or marketplace industry.
    • Demonstrated success in defining culture, driving organizational change, and designing scalable talent management frameworks.
    • Strong background in leadership coaching and organizational development with experience bridging divides between senior leadership and middle management.
    • High business acumen, capable of prioritizing effectively and avoiding process bottlenecks in a fast-paced setting.
SALARY

The offered salary for this position is from 3000 to 5500 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
