ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Communications & Culture Manager, you'll lead the communications and employer branding strategy, and foster a culture of engagement and growth. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Implement internal and external communication plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives; 
    • Develop and execute the employer branding strategy to attract top talent;
    • Set up and monitor performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of different initiatives and adjust the strategies accordingly; 
    • Act as a brand ambassador within the company, ensuring our internal and external messages align; 
    • Foster a sense of community and connection among employees through creative communication channels; 
    • Work closely with teams across the company to ensure consistent and effective communication;
    • Develop employee engagement initiatives to drive Ovoko culture; 
    • Plan and oversee company events, from small gatherings to large celebrations;
    • Lead one Communications Team member.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Solid experience in communications and executing employer branding strategy and campaigns;
    • Experience in organizing internal events and initiatives;
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions;
    • Hands-on, action-oriented attitude and strong sense of ownership;
    • Ability to perform without constant guidance in a fast-paced and continuously shifting environment;
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and engage diverse audiences.
SALARY

The offered salary range for this position is from 3400 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
