We are looking for a Junior PHP Developer to join one of our eight product teams. In this role, you will be responsible for learning and writing well-structured, easily comprehensible, and well-documented code. You will follow software development best practices with guidance and support from senior developers. We’re committed to mentoring you and helping you grow as a professional. You'll work with the following tools and technologies: PHP 8+, Symfony, MySQL, Redis, Docker and more.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Learn to write clean, tested, and well-documented code that delivers value to our customers
- Follow established patterns and approaches within the existing code base
- Assist in implementing new features and functionalities needed for the company
- Collaborate with team members to complete shared goals and deliver quality code-based solutions
- Troubleshoot, test, and help maintain our core applications and databases.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of experience in the PHP programming language
- Experience with the Symfony framework is a benefit
- Basic understanding of OOP principles and code design practices
- Eagerness to learn
- Curiosity and a desire to understand how things work
- Willingness to investigate and find technical solutions to everyday business problems
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 1800-2800 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
