ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Account Manager for the Lithuanian market, you will be the driving force behind the success of our most established seller base. You will balance a "farmer" mindset by owning a portfolio of existing clients with "hunter" instincts to qualify a steady stream of inbound leads and reactivate dormant accounts. This is a high-impact role where you will also scale strategic programs like Ovoko Pro and Fulfillment.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts, focusing on increasing their performance and executing strategies to win back churned sellers.
- Handle inbound leads, qualifying new partners and ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
- Support market activities across the Baltics, occasionally engaging in field sales to strengthen key relationships.
- Use data from Looker and HubSpot to track seller health, identify upselling opportunities, and maintain high service quality.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2-5 years in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within the e-commerce, marketplace, or tech startup sector.
- Native-level Lithuanian and professional English. Fluency in Russian, Latvian, or Estonian is a advantage.
- A "hustler" who is eager to grow, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a builder’s heart.
- Excellent work organization, systematic approach, ability to set and plan priorities;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms (CloudTalk), and data visualization (Looker/Google Suite).
- A proven track record of hitting targets, upselling, and managing complex long-term relationships.
SALARY
The offered salary for this position starts from 2200 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
