Karolis Raišys is looking for a co-driver. Are you ready to take the seat?
This is not your typical job opening. No office desk, no predictable days, and definitely no room for guesswork.
Karolis Raišys is looking for a teammate to join him for Dakar Classic 2027. Someone with previous co-driving experience who knows how to read a roadbook, think fast, make the right calls under pressure, and keep going when things get tough.
Because Dakar Classic isn't just about speed. It's about precision, navigation, endurance, and trust between the driver and co-driver.
We're looking for someone who has the determination to take on one of the toughest challenges in motorsport and the mindset to make it all the way to the finish line.
AS A CO-DRIVER, YOU WILL

Navigate through challenging terrain using the roadbook and navigational information.

Make quick and accurate calculations involving time, distance, speed, and regularity targets.

Communicate directions and critical information clearly, quickly, and confidently, even under pressure.

Work closely with Karolis, making decisions together and adapting when things don't go according to plan.

Dedicate time to preparation, training sessions, and the Dakar Classic itself.

Stay focused and make sound decisions throughout long, physically and mentally demanding stages.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Previous rally co-driving experience. You've already gained hands-on experience as a co-driver and understand what it takes to navigate, communicate, and make decisions during a rally.

Strong navigation skills. You have a good sense of direction, know how to interpret navigation information, and are confident working with a roadbook.

Relentless motivation. You're ambitious, determined, and genuinely excited about taking on a challenge that will push you beyond your comfort zone.

Excellent communication skills. You can deliver information clearly, precisely, and quickly. Even when everything around you gets chaotic, your instructions stay calm and understandable.

A sharp mind for numbers. You're comfortable with mental maths and can quickly calculate time, speed, distances, and other navigation-related information.

Time flexibility. You're prepared to commit significant time to training, preparation, and participating in Dakar Classic 2027.

Mental and physical resilience. Long days, exhaustion, and unexpected setbacks don't easily throw you off. You know how to stay focused and make responsible decisions under pressure.

A true team-player mindset. You understand that trust, communication, and teamwork are just as important as individual abilities.
Most importantly, you're not someone who gives up when things get difficult. Because in Dakar, the determination to keep going can matter more than the ability to go fast.
