ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a new position in our organization. As the Strategic Partnerships Manager you will be a part of the Shipping Optimization team. With hundreds of thousands of packages shipped monthly, our goal is to ensure efficient delivery across Europe at the lowest feasible cost. We are looking for a person who is going to help us build new and improve existing partnerships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a strong individual contributor but also thrives in a team setup. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Keep up to date with logistics industry in Europe and help us adopt to different markets;
    • Investigate and identify the most suitable shipping providers for our business needs;
    • Analyze competitors in various markets;
    • Build and maintain relationships with shipping providers around Europe;
    • Communicate with potential partners to ensure that our unique business requirements are fully met;
    • Negotiate and strike the lowest-cost / highest-convenience deals;
    • Collaborate closely with our internal Shipping Network product team;
    • Contribute to shipping KPIs and company’s OKRs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • 3+ years of business development or sales experience
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated sense of ownership and a proactive can-do attitude
    • Prior experience in logistics is highly valued
    • A business-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives
    • Collaborative by nature, thriving in team environments and adept at building strong working relationships
    • Fluent in both written and spoken English, enabling effective communication across teams, partners and stakeholders
    • Proficiency in French / Spanish would be a huge advantage
SALARY

The offered salary range for this position is 3027 - 4205 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
