ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Ultimately, you will help to establish our reputation as the company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner;
- Identify customer needs and help our customers to use specific features;
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with our customers;
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with other team members;
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in a Customer Support role;
- Possibility to work full-time;
- Understanding of cars and their parts would be an advantage;
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools would be an advantage;
- Proficient spoken and written both English & Lithuanian language skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of others' languages is also an advantage;
- Multi-tasking abilities.
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 1300 - 2000 € (gross) per month.
