Product Manager - Mobile app for sellers
Ovoko sellers are operating like factories. Crashed vehicles come in -> beautifully packed orders go out. Any tooling improvements that we make to our software help eliminate unnecessary processes, improve cycle time, and at the end of the day make more money for our 6000+ sellers and ultimately Ovoko. Browser technology, however, will only get you that far.
That’s where the Mobile App for Ovoko sellers comes in.
Back in June 2025, we released the first public version of our mobile app, specifically designed to improve the lives of our sellers. As a Product Manager you will take it over and be responsible for continuing to set the bar for the rest of the industry.
We are already on track to have the best stock creation and warehousing tools for used car parts, however we are only beginning to cover all the mobile use cases that our sellers have. You will be directly responsible for figuring out what’s next and then delivering that to our existing and future sellers.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Lead the vision: Metrics won’t provide you the answer all the time, A/B tests will take too much time. All you have is a couple of engineers, strong organizational willingness to invest into mobile and a dream.
- Drive discovery: You will spend a significant amount of time with our existing and future sellers to fully understand how they are running their used parts businesses today.
- Transfer insights to the digital world: Figure out the key user journey points, their needs and ways to productize them.
- Work alongside 15+ Product teams: We are shipping new Backend APIs everyday and most if not all of them can be used in the mobile app. Your job will be to deliver the best mobile experience using them or influence the teams to expand & improve the use cases.
- Execute: Work hands-on with a crack team of engineers, designers, quality assurance, support, and the customers to deliver user value and the business outcomes.
- Act as the bridge: Align internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Support, Sales, Account Management, Data and the Design).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner for B2B SaaS, ERP, Marketplace or workflow management software products.
- Previous experience building mobile apps is a big plus.
- Strong user research skills, empathy, and willingness to get your hands dirty working with real users to better understand the challenges and flows that they are going through every day.
- Structured problem solver who can break down messy problems into clear, actionable steps.
- Strong technical insight - you are able to discuss APIs, integrations, and backend logic with engineers.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with operational and customer-facing metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence without authority.
